That much, I can understand... it's why part of my job is to help keep the peace when dimensional space is threatened by artifacts and unprovoked military actions. I wish it weren't the case, but it is. I've seen it too often.
It's a little reassuring to hear you're from my distant future, though... it means I don't have to worry about meeting you in person one of these days and wondering what to do. Although, I am worried that you haven't heard of the Bureau, since most space-capable worlds tend to meet us sooner rather than later.
