Karakael himself had reasons to dislike slavery. Yet he was aware that it, along with many common habits of humanity, were almost impossible to escape. Though he could make rather biting comments about Shito and Chika's own situation being quite close to slavery. Then again...they had not irritated him as much as they had Elloran with their innocence.
